The light blue and brown shaded areas West of Indian Ocean Drive is what is known as the Wilbinga Conservation Park and is under an 'adoption agreement' with us and DBCA Swan Coastal Parks and Wildlife to assist in the Parks future access.

The Conservation Park is taken up by a few nature reserves, a forestry area and a UCL area that is proposed as a nature reserve.

The beaches are UCL and are not under the adoption agreement with Parks and Wildlife.

Approx. 450 meters from the Moore River Mouth heading South is a Shire of Gingin Beach Reserve, this section of beach is a no go zone and if caught on this section of beach an infringement will be issued by the Shire Rangers.
